ORANGUITAN came out and said I needed a new air Conditioner and showed me some photos but did not send me copies. I wanted second opinion so called Baker Heating and Cooling and they said I DO NOT NEED A NEW AIR CONDITIONER and put a part in that cost 300.00 so they saved me a ton of money and there service was great. Goodbye Orangutan and now will continue to use Baker.BEWARE OF ORANGUTAN.

I signed a 3 year maintenance agreement with Baker Heating and Cooling a year ago. Ken was here this week for the a/c checkup, his third scheduled visit. I’m still very pleased with his service and knowledge expertise. I would highly recommend Ken for your Heating and Cooling needs.

I purchased a service contract and I don't know if there was any value in it. Yes you came out three times after the initial cleaning, which I paid for but the follow ups seem to be quick checks and out. I think I will just go back to a once a year cleaning.

I failed to properly communicate the full value of the service program. I'm gonna make a change to our presentation materials. Our maintenance customers receive discounts that other people do not. Service calls are free, we don't charge overtime for after-hours, weekend or Holiday emergency service calls and repairs are discounted by 15%. For the most part once the initial service is completed, many followup checks are fairly quick. Occasionaly I'll change an air filter that the home owner forgot to change, address a new concern that the home owner has about their equipment, move a wire that is chaffing a copper refrigerant line, put back on a wire nut that has fallen off, tighten a loose electrical connection or recommend that a repair be done if I notice something that looks like an impending failure. We monitor refrigerant pressures and sometimes we are able to detect odd changes in sounds that particular components are making prior to their failure. You can take our advice on replacement of that component before or after our recommendation and the price is still the same even if it is on the 4th of july or Christmas day. We remain on call for our maintenance customers and they receive priority status when we get busy. We clean the condensing coils and maintain the drain line once per year. Every customer is equally important while we are at their home, perhaps I failed to explain what was being checked during the service visits. Thank You for your business

Furnace goes out on a cold winter (ok, fall) day. Ken came out on a Saturday to get us up and warm. Part had to come from the East but Ken got it going right away. It did take a day or so but Ken got right out when the part arrived and we are up and running.
